Well I went to the body shop, he's been on vacation. He did however get everything all sanded down on the 1 side, pointed out every single dent, took all the bondo off of the quarter to see what was under there, apperantly what had happend and the reason for the bondo was someone had rolled the quarter and didn't know how to use the tool, the passangerside is flawless so I'm guessing someone else did that side. He did put bondo on the roof for one small dent, and got the roof popped all the way up and sturdied from the big dent. He covered up a big dent on driverside also. He says it should be done on christmas... I know that's a long time but I told him it had to be perfect, show car quality and that time was no matter as long as it was done right. I have had this guy do work for me in the past and he has always done good work and is by far the best bang for the buck, I cannot complain about the price he's charging me

I started cleaning my garage today looked over and though, damn that motor is ugly, so I quit cleaning... Worked on the intake for about two hours here's one piece of it so far. I am going to see if I can't make it look real nice Before After

I am guessing thats paint. If not how did you strip it down like that, looks nice.

Nope not paint, I used aircraft stripper. It was kind of a bitch since it had the factory grey paint, then the blue paint, then the black paint, I spend a couple hours on it but in my opinnion it was worth it, I was just going to sell the intake and get a trickflow r but this will work for now.
I'm thinking about taking one of those polishing pads to it and making the entire intake smooth, I'm going to sleep on it.

changed alot of shit on here so heres the new plan Body- complete cobra bodykit including spoiler (minus grill insert) "World rally blue" 4 inch bolt on cowl, 2011-2012 5.0 badges 03-04 chrome cobra wheels shaved wiper arms and intenna, smooth wiper cowl pannel, shaved engine bay. Motor- 70 351w block tfs stage 3 cam trick flow box intake, 1.7 rocker arms, vortech si trim, 50 shot of nitrious Trick flow cnc heads (ported ontop of that) suspension-Lakewood 90/10 struts coil over conversion in front 50/50 lakewood rear shocks, moroso rear springs, antiroll bar, tubular k member and a arms, upr upper and lower adjustable control arms. other- moser axels 3.27 gear, full spool, 8.8 rear end areomotive A1000 fuel pump, 1/2 inch fuel rails, 75mm throttle body As far as the build here is the plan Body: Gt bodykit, cobra spoiler, 03-04 cobra wheels, narrow the front ones. The car will be painted suburu blue with a four inch cowl hood. Motor: Trick flow twisted wedge heads, tfs stage 2 cam, edelbrock intake, 306 bottom end (for now) 1.6 scorpion roller rockers, 60 lb injectors e85 fuel. Power adder: 70mm masterpower turbo Suspension: Lakewood 90/10 struts, 50/50 lakewood rear shocks, eibach drag launch springs with an airbag, antiroll bar, tubular k member and a arms, upper and lower tubular control arms for the rear (unless I find some reasonably priced adjustable ones). Transmission: Either going to go t56 or tko 600 I really like the tko600, but have been told a d and d t56 is stronger, I've driven 1 t56 car that had a short throw shifter and even driving it normal I was scared I was going to mis a gear or hit 6th trying to hit 4th or even was worried I'd hit reverse aiming for 5th, so it will probley be a tko600 My goals are 600 rwhp, 15 psi as far as 1/4 mile times, I'd really like to hit tens, we will see. I do plan on next year going dart 408 block just no money for that now

Those intakes polish up real nice with some good buffing. I left my intake stock grey and polished that end like a mirror when I had my car.

Get rid of the weak motor and put a 03 04 cobra drivetrain in it. Make some real power, shit im sure i have a few of them laying around. One with a whipple too. Or go big and ill get you a shelby drivetrain with a whipple.. easy low 9 sec.. Not with you driving thou.

Turbo Diesel with exhaust system and computer programmer. We have seen what this does in big ass pickup trucks. Would be interesting, to say the least!
