well I am installing gears in one of my friends cars and he bought a thing from dallas mustang called speedcal and it calibrates the spedometer for you all you do is plug and play, you tell them exactly what your car is and what gears and than plug it in and it does the work it is $89 from Dallas Mustang

Stick with the 4.10's, you'll only be making the car slower to gain maybe 3 highway mgp at most. If you've got a 14 gal tank consider the percent of that amount you'll be burning up on the highway (I'm guessing 4 gal). That's a difference of 12 miles per tank. I'm sure I'm not completely accurate, but you get what I'm saying. How much of the highway mpg loss will be offset by better city mpg?

Heres my batmobile---It has some drilled/slotted rotors now, and hopefully Vortech boosted by the end of the month. Mods so far include; Ported and polished heads / intake, ported 52mm TB, 160 degree stat, hurst short shifter and t-handle knob, MSD wires / distributor, Cold air intake, custom 3'' exhaust with a Flowmaster 40 series--and a drag cutout if i want to go ridiculously loud:), the classic emission cutout, walboro 255 fuel pump, and your garden variety 3$ TB bypass. ;D Also have an upgraded interior from a newer firebird (leather ebony)--and my kickass firehawk rims (which i dont know where they came from, if anyone knows please tell me!)  My old Z28, had a heartstopping 179 HP 350, but looked great  |

Here are a few pictures of my rides. I don't have the green camaro anymore but I still have the rest of these for now.            The Chrysler is a 2005 300c with a 125 shot on it, it is my daily driver. The Camaro is a 1999 SS with mild engine and nitrous, best run so far 11.60 123mph The Seadoo waverunner is 1493 cc supercharged with lots of mods and a 50 shot of nitrous, should run 79 or 80 mph maybe a little more. The green camaro was a 383 with a S strim and went 11.20 at 119. 1.51 short times The Honda 400ex is hardly ridden and the go cart with the cage is my sons. The pontoon boat is what I am usually on when I am not riding the waverunner. Anyway, that's my rides. |

Th chrysler went 14.68 at 97 mph completly stock with 1900 miles on it. It has loosened up some and feels a little faster on motor but I am hoping for 13.50 on the juice

dragdaddy... i remember you now.. your gf if you are still with her has been to iran for a while... i was once talking to her at Duckys and well hitting on her and then i recognized you and she laughed cause you were her boyfriend. we all had a good laugh about that..... its was probably a year or more ago though.
well nice cars man. definately jealous. look forward to seeing what you will do with that SS..
