Was heading to work this morning at about 5:15 and a buck ran out from behind a small building sitting just a few feet from the road. I nailed the brakes and missed him... I let off the brakes thinking I had gotten lucky. Just then a doe shot out from the same place... I swerved left and then a hard right thinking I might miss but she ran into the rear hard. I called county right away and looked around but the deer ran off seemingly unaffected. Got a quote today of 2500 from CRC in east moline.  ? Just sucks. |

Yeah I was pretty mad but what can you do? They don't allow hunting near Exelon so they are super thick up there.  |

Lol. I would rather not find out. My boys on the FD that work the plant seem to be pretty good at handling an AR.

Good point! Maybe we can put together a hunting party and go find the deer who did this. (At this point I guess all I have to do is shoot ANY deer and call it good)
