Good afternoon, everybody! I just moved to the QC a few months ago, and have been having trouble finding a place to work on my car(s). None of the storage facilities allow it, the airport only rents hangars to people that own airplanes, and the one garage for rent on craigslist requires me to drive on this path that they refer to as a driveway that my 350Z can't make it over. Does anybody know of any other options without spending toooo much? I'd say $200/month would be my max. I'm looking for some place i can store a car permanently, and use to work on both my cars, so 24/7 access is needed. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

What kind of work were you looking to do? Just maintenance stuff or major mods?

I think you'll find that finding something in the $200 range unless you are renting from someone private as far as their garage or something is hard to come by. I was looking for something similar before I bought my house that at least had power and they allowed you to work on vehicles, and the cheapest I could find was I want to say somewhere around $400+ a month. Granted they were bigger garages that can fit multiple cars, but that is all I could find. Those were out in Mt. Joy, and I know they pretty rarely have openings. But if you are able to find a few guys to go in on one they are fairly reasonable. Best of luck on finding a shop though!

I have storage in Geneseo but 24/7 access wouldn't work.
