Hey Sonic that kid you messed with on the west end down by Rockingham in the Yellow SN95. where you got your gears done is his parents shop, gears holding up and working out good for you?
Dane lives in eldridge it's a Clone, he's supercharged he can't drive the thing I remember last fall Bob tried getting him to race and he refused to race from a dig. He made up some stupid excuse he said like "My first gear is out right now" idk right off hand, but his reason wasn't "I can't drive" which was the real reason. I went to school with him, didn't/don't really talk to him much, I don't really have anything against him but, he thinks his car is superior.

my gears wiind, dont know if thats good or bad considering there for gears. I have to have them check it out because I dont think its right.

Yeah thats me, whos your sister? Slow Cobra? Sorry i'm 19 and working for minimum wage right now. I'd talk back but I refuse to talk about how fast I am (going to be) unless I am, you can talk all you want about what your going to get but it doesn't matter until you have it so at this point I have no response to "Slow Cobra". I think you could at least have reffered to it as a "Stock Cobra" Instead. No I got the car in August so I didn't have it when I was in school. And my Cobra is a hell of alot faster than 150 SN95 GT's in town. Im talking on a "stock" level here. Atleast I can keep up with an stock LS1.

my gears wiind, dont know if thats good or bad considering there for gears. I have to have them check it out because I dont think its right. Gears singing is very common with a swap, just means their pretty tight. You could have them loosened and that should stop the Whine noise. Either way it just problaby needs time to break in. What kind of gears are they? |

sorry ur car is slow dont get all pissy...u shoulda spent ur neon light money on performance mods..i dont talk about how fast my car will be..it ran 13:0's on motor..with 2.06 60 ft. times...thats not to bad and with 150 spray it should be easy in the mid 11's but o when i was in high school i have a low 12 sec mustang stock heads cam intake with 150 spray dont use school as an exscuse also get a better paying job or dont bitch about min. wage

Working on the job. I could have a car that runs twelves too when I was in school, sure it'd be an old fox but yeah it do 12's. I wanted something that was quick and nice, so this is what I got. I wasn't saying you talk about how fast your car will be, I was just stating that im getting a new car that is much faster once this new job gets rolling, but im not going to talk shit with something I don't have yet. My lights were $100. Well your right I guess I could have spent <i>ALL</i> that money on a new K&N filter or something. Big bucks there, I could have had my car running 12's with that kind of cash huh? I wasn't bitching about minimum wage I stated that I have a minimum wage job.

who cares what people spend there money on if it makes them happy than so be it. But is it were me I would rather have fast than pretty, but both would be ideal too... sieght what is your 60ft times in your car. Also do you have gears if not I would do that first because they woke my car up a bunch I had 3:73s at first and rand the 13.7 but later changed to 4:10s either one of those worked awesome

I have 3.73's. I hate them, Next time I get gears its going to be 3.27's. 60fts on Sunday were between 2.3-2.2. Not very good I know but I wans't getting traction for anything. I think the 5.0 SN95's have way more TQ than what there are rated. My friend just Dynoed his 94 GT because he wants before and afters, he's got all new motor besides heads, headers and intake and he's S/C it. His HP and Tq was 215 hp and 294 TQ at the wheels. I assume mine has even more TQ than that and thats not helping me out at all on street tires and 3.73's.

Yeah... get a decent tire under there and let that gear work FOR you instead of AGAINST you! 3.73 is a decent street gear. A 3.27 might get you off the line better, but would hurt you in anything after that.
I wanted a fairly fast car that was pretty too (Disclaimer: "pretty" to ME!). Unfortunately, my bank is just letting me BORROW it for a few more years till it's paid off!

Chris is the guy in eldridge with the red SS. It's stock minus the blingy rims. He got exhaust too I heard but thats still stock in most cases. I have never seen him race anybody nor heard any stories of him racing. I can assume since it's a car his dad bought him he doesn't care, he isn't the best driver, he just wanted something he could make look good and show off in.
