I used to tell people my first 11 second Turbo Buick had a "stock engine," since it never had the valve covers off that was a true statement. I never said "the car" was stock!  |

we like to call that the dave "bone stock" husted complex........ just dug out an old one.... My car was stock and went 12.84....on salad shooters and street tires  local stock internal king...waiting to be de-throned, oh wait no one cares... |

i herd about that "performance" option but never seen one in person until urs...how many did they make that way?..also did they come with the welds or they have the ugly 10 holes? i know the hood is aftermarket but that dont count...LOL

Ill chime in....Mikes truck has a stock 2004 6.0 engine, like what would come in an Escalade. Heads never been off, has a mild 228@.050 cam and matching springs. Single plane intake with a Holley. Stock coil pack ignition, run by an aftermarket box. Headers, exhaust with flowmasters, on ET streets. Trans is a TH400 with a killer converter.
