I don't know much about it. But I have heard it really works well.

after about 4 hrs of research i have found that i need to buy an aux harness to have the ecm controll the fans it already has provisions to run the fuel pump. I was debating having the ecm controll these or just wire them to keyed ign. I am going to need the aux harness to use the nitrous controller function anyhow so i might as well let it controll the fans also. I will order the harness tomarrow im sure i will have questions before firing it up for the first time as i want to be sure i have everything configured right before start up

I would just tie into the wire that activates your starter solenoid. Probably one of the few if not the only wire that will have 12v only while cranking

Ransam have you tried it with any of those other spots? Both cars we have done have been powered off of a switch panel race car style. With that said we just wired the red and white wire into an ignition slot on the panel. Never had an issue. All power sources on the car are going to drop a certain amount of voltage upon cranking but you will be just fine.
Are you wiring it through the factory fuse block or?

I am wiring it trough the factory fuse block. I have deleted all the wires not used from the tpi harness and am left with start ign and power to fuse block for the interior of the car so it has left me with a few spare wires not being used. The directions say the ecu needs to maintain 12 volts while cranking and when i put my meter on several circuits they all slowly loose voltage while cranking. I am by no means a pro at wiring and i dont want to hurt something by not giving the ecu proper voltage. Thanks for your help. Have you set up the ecu to controll fans or as a nitrous controller by chance?

I guess I never checked and never had an issue with the red and white wire deal.
As far as the nitrous controller, yeah we set that up on my brothers Ls swap car

Ok cool im just now tryin to figure out he nitrous controller function while i wait for my aux harness to get here i really want to get this thing fired so i can finish the paint and get it put back together. I have no experiance with nitrous so this will be a first for me. Im planning a 100 dry shot for know to see how i like it im sure i will have plenty of ?s when that time comes. What nitrous set up did you guys use and how much you sprayin?

You could wire in a 4 post relay for the full 12volts...
