I am selling this 1987 Mustang LX Hatch drag car for a good friend of mine who recently passed away. I will do my best to detail things as well as possible, but there may be a few things left out. This car overall is very immaculate and was my friend’s passion for many years. It does not lack anything and is definitely show worthy. The car has a brand new (never even run) Broader Engineering C4 transmission in it that was $2500 new. Can be sold as a roller or complete.

This car was very well put together and maintained. It has very nice moldings throughtout the car. These are typically not in good condition even in nice cars but are exceptional. Custom carpet was made for the interior that was very nicely sewn and fitted. The hood was recently added on and replaced a bolt on style. t is very light, has had TONS of weight cut out of it. Was told it weighs 2500 with driver, but this may be a bit off. The car currently can be made running again but is missing the driveshaft as the new transmission was just installed. The engine is 2-3 seasons old and could possibly use freshening up. This car was bracket raced the last few years and stored when not raced in a heated garage. It has a best pass of 10.7x as is. It is missing nothing and would be a great car to step into and run!
