That is awsome! More details please on how to do this. What material did you use to make the lenses? Is it possible to tint it red to make tail lights? How do you keep the fiberglass mold from sticking to the lens?

thanks guys i use a thin acyrlic sheet from home depot/lowes. i place it on a wood frame in the oven at 350* and when she starts to droop i pull it out quick and form it around the mold i made out of fiberglass. i place a sheet of foil over the mold to keep it from sticking. but it wont stick. the acrylic doesnt stick when its that warm. think that wasnt neccessay to do that. and as far tiniting it yea should be no problem. when i tint or darken my stuff i mike automotive clear and black paint till its dark enought to spray over my lenses to darken them... my next project is to make a vacuum table to do this instead of hand forming it.
