Been a little slow this winter so figured I throw this up see if anyone needs a new furnace or ac. The rebates are pretty good right now, mid American has a 400 dollar rebate on 96% efficient furnaces.
I can do full installs to service. I can also pull a permit if needed, also licensed. I have a couple accounts at johnstone and Adel so I can get several different brands of furnaces.
If you're tired of high gas bills and have a 80% furnace now's the time to upgrade. With the rebate you almost get half the cost of a new furnace back.
Give me a call or text and I can come give you a estimate 563-349-2729
Thanks!

Here are a few pics of some recent installs. The first one is Nick Tarpeins new furnace I just put in for him this last week. This one I did for a friend in Washington, IA a couple months ago. Here is a little garage unit I did a couple months ago This is a air handler with a coil for ac in the attic of a house with a boiler Pricing is great right now, most houses can be done for under 2k. You get 400 of that back and if you have a 80% furnace and upgrade to a 96% furnace you're saving even more money off your gas bill!
