Looking for a steering wheel to put on my '89 Camaro, anything will work as long as it'll fit. Car is being sold so the cheaper the better.

You might be able to find something at U pull apart or a yard somewhere. U pull a part shows a 1990 and a 1988 Camaro in inventory... not sure if the wheel is still in either of them though.
