I'm rebuilding my engine and the crank is just within specs. What do you guys think about leaving it or getting it turned.

I'd have it checked and polished,there are oversize bearings that may take up the slack.A good machinist you trust will give you advice after inspecting the crank.Do it right and you only do it once.

like you need to be on crank to do that.....
Take the crank to a reputable shop and they will decide based off their experience.
