My current setup on my 2000 mustang gt is just a MAC catback, I love it but think that it is still too quite. Do you guys recommend a H or X pipe? and what are the differences? I have heard that the gains are pretty similar.

i would go with that an h pipe. Also, that price on the MRT h pipe is one heck of a deal!

I will defiantly consider it, but I am not planning on getting one for at least another 1-2months. Just wanting to see what everyone else is running.

H pipe is deeper and surprisingly on a 5.0L makes more power. I can't say for sure on a mawd motor.

That deal on the H is hard to fade but i personally have a prefference to the X...had one on both my 87GT and my 96 2V.

I prefer the h-pipe with a automatic and a x-pipe with a manual

X is a bit raspy on the 4.6L 2V. I prefer H on that engine. H is a bit deeper. But either sound good. I had an o/r H on my '03 GT and loved it.
