I just got my SCT Xcal2 tune from bamachips.com omfg! We've had the X2 for over a year, with a canned tune from mustangtuning.com. I surf several Mustang boards, and Doug from Bamachips always comes up. Everyone always raves about his tune. I gave into the hype and got a 91 race tune from him. Holy hell. I can't even describe it. Anyways, if you have an SN95 or S197, definitely check him out without hesitation. My S197 tune was $75. It looks like SN95 tunes are about $50. When we get a nice day out, I'll get some video. If you do it, get the race tune. He sells performance, torque, and race. Performance is ok, torque is good, but race is insane. It's just like the torque tune, but carries through the entire power band.

My uncle just bought an 05 GT ans has been asking me about tunes. I will have to let him know about this. Do you have to send in the PCM?

for the Xcals you really cant beat RWTD's mail orders...basically give them a list of your mods and they set the paramaters from the...best person to ask would be mysty.

Yeah, me personally would reccommend RWTD HANDS DOWN!!! Just recently my blower tune was running kind slugish on the top end and was logging a 10.4:1 A/F. I sent them a datalog and told them I would like it to be in the 11.6:1 range, they sent me a new tune and what do ya know it's DEAD-ON!!! ;D Plus James and Ed (and Weaver or any of them for that matter) are just awesome to deal with, they go above and beyond. Plus tunes through them are unlimited for 6 months for $75 or unlimited for 12 months for $125, can't beat em!!!

I've never heard of RWTD. From the comments, I'm assuming they're pretty good. All I know is that if you go to stangnet or themustangsource, all you hear about is brenspeed and bamachips.
From their website, it appears they have alot of practice with Cobra's. For s197's, I'd definitely go bamachips.
