I'm looking for new or used rims, something on the light side.. for a 4 lug fox body setup. I don't care if they have curb rash or don't shine like the sun.. just want a cheap/light setup. let me know.
Anybody have a hookup around town on new tires(or rims) looking at a set of Nittos.
I'll go with one of the online stores if not.. but thought it was worth a shot on here.
thanks

Take your online quote in to the store with you and see if they will price match. Most stores will since they make up to 20 % on tires they sell. If they want your business they will match it!

Thanks. Are you happy with the BFG tires you have? they are second on my list, first being the nitto 555rs. Not sure where to buy from in town.

I mostly use the Bfg's for track use. On the street they hook great, wet traction sucks with the drag radials and is okay with the bfg radial t/a kwns (or what they are called). I got my drag radial from walmart for like 150 each. You could use any tire store but honestly they are most likely cheaper online. Tire rack I believe was free when I ordered my street tires! Just because you buy a tire from a shop doesn't mean they will be the ones mounting your tires!
Good luck, Jeremy

Yeah I know how that is. I picked up my Kuhmos off tirerack.com maybe 4 or 5 years ago.. (see I need new ones) and they have lasted.. think I paid under $300 to the door no S&H at the time.. it was a crazy deal they had for a few days... wish I could find a steal like that again.
qcmustang .. you might have better luck selling the rims if you start a new post in the for sale forum.
